In the first phase, the systematic operation system of the module MES (including equipment I/ F), the planning, process operation, quality and equipment of the three product production lines was constructed.

The second phase quickly and accurately corresponds to the defective products in the market and improves the satisfaction of key customers, introduced RMA module and realized the traceability management of after-sales quality experience.

A special IMC central monitoring room has been built in the phase III building to realize the visualization of the overall enterprise operation indicators. Through the real-time on-site operation and management system, the connection with on-site equipment and CCTV is realized.
