The factory is divided into motor factory and electric control factory, its business mainly includes SMT, electronic assembly and automatic assembly line management. By introducing systematic MES, Semet covers the production line automation and semi-automation management (OPC development and docking) from single station to section dimension.

Through manual station data entry, single equipment and production line OPC docking, to achieve a comprehensive information management. Among them, the OPC of the electric motor factory (namely production line level MES) is independently developed and implemented by Semet, which completes the construction of the integrated architecture from the equipment end to the management end under the same framework.
